Google’s video sharing app YouTube Capture has a lot going for it. You can shoot quick videos, retouch them and whisk them away to the likes of Facebook and Twitter, and now you can upload 1080p recordings as well.
That’s right. You can never have enough quality when it comes to shooting video, and YouTube capture aims to make even amateur works look like masterpieces.
In addition to 1080p uploads, YouTube Capture 1.1 adds improved audio sync, more detailed upload feedback, the ability to share to networks immediately after uploading, and an assortment of bug fixes and stability improvements, according to Google.
YouTube Capture is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. It requires iOS 5.0 or later. 1080p video works on both iOS 5 and iOS 6.
