Apple wants this year’s WWDC attendees to “dive straight into the latest enhancements and new APIs” to create awe-inspiring third-party software for iOS and OS X.

One of six main tracks featured at this year’s conference, Frameworks will span over several technical sessions with a focus on “modern, platform-optimized frameworks that enable you to create jaw-dropping apps.”

According to Apple’s WWDC site, Frameworks sessions will “dive straight into the latest enhancements and new APIs, reveal the tips and tricks of UIKit experts, and explore strategies to take full advantage of the Retina display on iPhone 5 and iPad.”

As far as OS X development is concerned, sessions will include technical talks on Cocoa frameworks (including AppKit and Core Animation), which will enable you to “create stunning applications and intuitive user interfaces.”

The Frameworks track will also provide insight into proper usage of concurrency in apps, as well as how to add internationalization to promote your app in emerging markets, “and bring your chart-topping iOS apps to OS X.”
