Designers create web page that replicates Apple’s original iPod

Web design company Inventika Solutions has created a virtual iPod classic which you can fiddle with in your web browser. It’s got some preloaded songs, and comes accompanied by nice graphics. It was made in the memory of Steve Jobs.

One year has passed since the death of Apple’s visionary in-chief, Steven P. Jobs. Because of the many ways in which he helped shape this generation, fans of the charismatic Jobs have found equally original ideas to pay their tributes.

Like the people at Inventika Solutions who designed a web page to look like Apple’s discontinued (but heavily popular) original iPod classic with a black-and-white LCD and click-wheel.

The controls work exactly as they did on the original hardware, so all you need to do is plug in your favorite audio gear, and select the tune to play. Inventika says this is their tribute to Steve Jobs, who passed away on October 5, 2011. Yesterday marked one year since his death.

The company also says that “if you are looking for any creative design services,” you can contact them via email and Facebook.
