Twitter has just released a new update for its iOS application on the App Store on iTunes, claiming that Twitter for Apple Watch is now available. Unfortunately, we don't have an Apple Watch to test the new Twitter app, so we have no idea what it looks like.

However, we can report that Twitter for Apple Watch will allow you to send tweets, to retweet, to reply to tweets, as well as to favorite tweets quickly and easily. In addition, the app lets you to quickly view recent tweets and top trends on your Watch.

Twitter for Apple Watch will also allow users to share their location, share the song they're currently listening to, as well as their thoughts with "a flick on the wrist," as noted on the changelog for Twitter 6.24.4 released today, March 26, on the App Store.

The Apple Watch device has been unveiled by Apple during the "Spring Forward" event that took place on March 9 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, USA. While users will be able to pre-order the Watch on April 10, Apple will start shipping them worldwide on April 24, 2015. More details about Apple Watch can be found on its official web page.
