Available as a single, universal app for both iPhone and iPad, TwitchTV for iOS offers the ability to view all of TwitchTV’s streaming content in high definition in landscape mode. The developers claim to have instated a robust search engine to allow you to browse by game or featured offerings.
Users can follow their favorite channels directly from the video stream, and view a list of live broadcasts from the channels they follow, as well as chat with their friends on the video stream via a fully-featured IM client. The app works on both WiFi and 3G cellular connection.
