Feral Interactive is set to release the Mac version of Tomb Raider later today, allowing Apple ID holders to access the Mac App Store and download a digital copy immediately.

But downloading is not enough. You’ll also need to meet the system requirements to play the game, which means you should make sure your Mac can handle the title before plucking out the $49.99 / £34.99 / €44.99.

According to Feral’s press release, the minimum system requirements are 2.0GHz Intel Mac with at least 4GB of RAM, a graphics card with 512MB VRAM, and OS X Mavericks version 10.9.1 or newer.

Not all graphics cards are supported, and this is what Tomb Raider needs to run well on your Mac: AMD 4xxx series, Nvidia 6xx, Intel 4xxx series graphics card or greater. Feral says that if your Mac is equipped with an Intel HD4000 series card, you’ll also need an Intel i7 CPU (or better) to play the game.
