It’s no mystery that most people like to engage in extra-curricular activities while on the john. While some prefer reading the labels on their shampoo bottles, others would rather read a book or do crosswords. But most people nowadays just play on their smartphones.

Case in point, developer Tapps Tecnologia da Informação offers Toilet Time - Mini Games to Play in the Bathroom, a free app that is quickly climbing the ranks in Apple’s iTunes Store and offers a series of mini games that you can play in the can.

“Time on the toilet has never been particularly amusing… Until mobile devices! Now that the last territory is no longer a locked door, you can also have a great time during one of the most regular activities all humans share. Prepare yourself for some time-wasting fun!” says the developer.

A Cockroach game has players killing cockroaches coming out of a drain, while a mini game called Vacant tasks players with finding a vacant cabin to use. Others include missions like regulate the temperature of the shower, prevent objects from falling into the toilet, avoid the smelly toilets, unroll the entire roll of toilet paper, use your wee wee to clean the dirt from the toilet, help men and women find the right bathroom, cough to disguise a suspicious noise, and many more.

It looks like a lot of fun, so I encourage everyone to download Toilet Time and give it a go. Not necessarily when it’s time to lay bricks.
