Igor Kalicinski’s iOS port of Survivalcraft, a sandbox survival and construction game inspired by Minecraft, has made the third spot on Apple’s Paid Apps charts.

Priced at $3.99 / €3.59, Survivalcraft is a Universal app that works natively on all iOS devices.

The game starts with a blocky character (you) who is marooned on the shores of an infinite blocky world. Here, the player must explore the land, craft tools and weapons by mining resources, as well as hunt and make traps.

At nightfall, players must build a shelter to survive. After creating a world, a player can share it online for others to enjoy.

Released just a few days ago, Survivalcraft has experienced quite an ascension, especially considering that it’s not a one-dollar app. The five-star ratings keep trickling in, and the customer reviews are positive as well. It’s safe to say the game is a winner.
