A uber thread on Apple Support Communities regarding an issue with the iPhone 4 power button has been viewed almost a million times since its inception in January 2011.

A problem we’re all too familiar with, regardless of the iPhone model, the "stuck iPhone 4 power button" issue appears to be related to a faulty flex cable which Apple is said to have intentionally used to sell more handsets.

A discussion regarding this problem on Apple Support Communities has reached a record number of views, and now word is out that a woman in San Jose, California, is suing the company for $5M / €3.87M over the issue.

The class action invites anyone who believes is in the same boat with the woman to join the fight and squeeze the collective compensation out of Apple.
