Developed by the people giving your iPhone a signal (AT&T), the streaming application promises to give you “a front row seat” at the ceremony. “No matter where you are, you can join President Obama and Vice President Biden in being a part of history,” reads the description.

Inaugural 2013 is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad and requires iOS 5.1.
