14 DAY TRIAL // Showtime Networks Inc. has released a new version of Showtime Anytime for iOS, adding support for Comcast XFINITY, iPhone 5 devices, optimized video playback for iOS 6, and more.
Showtime subscribers get free access to the services provided in the iOS app through participating TV providers.
As a customer, you get unlimited access to full-length versions of your favorite Showtime programs, including Dexter, Homeland, Shameless, Weeds, The Borgias, House of Lies, Californication, Inside Comedy, Showtime Championship Boxing and more.
Showtime Anytime version 1.4 makes the service available to Showtime subscribers with AT&T U-verse, Comcast XFINITY, DIRECTV, Optimum and Verizon FiOS, and adds support for iPhone 5, as well as playback optimizations for iOS 6 users.
Tap targets are improved for controls in the video player, and you’ll notice a boost in performance and stability thanks to a few minor bug fixes.
