Maintain has released another Cocktail 7 beta with support for the upcoming OS X Mavericks from Apple, which is likely to debut on October 22.

A clever mix of utilities that allow you to tweak every aspect of your OS X installation, Cocktail will let you clean, repair, and optimize your Mac quickly and easily.

It’s not for everyone, and it’s certainly not cheap, but power users greatly appreciate its benefits, and even more so when the developers put their backs into it every time Apple increments its Mac OS.

This time around, Cocktail 7.0 Beta 3 is in the spotlight with a single change aboard: “OS X Mavericks 10.9 compatibility.”

According to reports, Apple has an event planned for October 22, so you can expect Mavericks to drop around the same time.
