The popular Plex media player application is getting purged of bugs in version 3.2.1, a free download for all existing users of the software on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.

Plex 3.2.1 is described by its developers as “Just a small update this time to fix a few minor issues.”

One of those issues involves playback from very old media servers. Users should have no more problems in this department.

Another issue noted in the changelog, the mobile server would incorrectly start up when resuming the app, and this bug has been addressed in version 3.2.1.

Sometimes playing content from the home screen on remote players wouldn’t work. In the new Plex, such misbehavior should be a thing of the past. Lastly, flinging synced content from the iOS device to a remote player should now work as expected.

Bug fixes aside, Plex 3.2.1 also includes new functionality. You can now save photos to the Camera Roll or Saved Photos album.
