14 DAY TRIAL // The Pixelmator Team is out with its biggest update yet for its $29.99 / €26.99 photo editing application available exclusively to Mac users.
Pixelmator version 3.0 is “the most advanced version of Pixelmator to date,” according to its creators. It includes non-destructive Layer Styles, for creating polished and advanced compositions, as well as Liquify Tools, which allow you to shape images in different ways.
The development team says you can now “slightly twist an element, add an artistic detail, or completely distort an entire image.”
A new image editing engine takes advantage of all the latest OS X technologies, ensuring Pixelmator runs fast and offers a reliable experience. OS X Mavericks is supported, and that includes features like Tags, Multiple-Displays, and App Nap.
OS X 10.7.5 (Lion) is the minimum requirement.
