Mac users know that spending only $29.99 / €26.99 on Pixelmator can get them results comparable to those churned up by Adobe’s expensive Photoshop suite. Which is why the app continues to be popular in the Mac App Store, and the Pixelmator Team is pleased to announce a new version.
Pixelmator 2.1.3 improves overall stability and performance, and includes new features and enhancements, according to the developers.
New color management has been included. Pixelmator now supports Soft Proofing, ColorSync, and full sRGB. Also enhanced is the PSD file format support and your Automator actions.
Lastly, the changelog mentions new translations for Italian and Spanish.
The developers say there’s “much more” to be had with this update, but they’re letting everyone discover those additions for themselves.
Pixelmator requires OS X 10.6.8 or later and can be downloaded via the link below.
