A California man is suing Apple over an unwanted download and/or installation of iOS 7, a software update which this particular person finds upsetting.

Released to end-users last month, iOS 7 has been met with quite a bit of criticism from some Apple lovers, mostly because of the radical UI shift pushed by the company’s iconic designer, Jonathan Ive.

Mark Menacher from Poway, California, is apparently so upset over the changes that he has filed a small-claims complaint against Apple's CEO in the Superior Court of California in San Diego this Thursday, reports CNet.

Menacher is asking for the removal of the iOS 7 install file, though Apple doesn’t officially support iOS downgrades.

In his complaint, the plaintiff reportedly said, “Apple's disregard for customer preferences in relation to iOS7 is corporate thuggery. Steve Jobs was reportedly rough on company employees in pursuit of happy customers, but Tim Cook apparently cultivates a culture of contempt for customer satisfaction in pursuit of corporate profits. It is a policy that will eventually fail.”
