14 DAY TRIAL // Video chatting fans wishing to look picture-perfect during their Skype calls can now employ the new Skype 3.8 for iPad with Retina display support.
Announced today by the company developing the popular IM and video chatting service, Skype 3.8 for iPad features “optimized graphics for new iPad Retina display,” according to the release notes.
Beom Soo Park, beta program manager for the Skype for Mac client, makes the release official on the Skype Garage blog, saying “Today we have released Skype 3.8 for iPad […] We recommend that everyone upgrades to the newly released Skype for iPad application from the Apple App Store.”
As usual, Skype is interested in hearing what you think of the latest build, “so please report any issues to our Skype Support Network or on our public issue tracker,” says the company.
