Apple is getting ready to release new retina MacBook Pro models. A photo leaked on Asian forum feng.com shows what may seem like an Apple Store signage with information on the new computer.

The first 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro will sport a microprocessor of 2.2GHz (intel Core i7) and you can turbo boost that up to 3.4GHz. It comes with an SSD of 256 GB and the Intel Iris Pro Graphics card. The most important detail is that the low-end Retina MacBook Pro will supposedly get a boost in RAM – 16GB as the default size.

Next up is the 2.5GHz model that you can turbo boost up to 3.7GHz. Besides the Intel Iris Pro graphics card, this one comes with 2GB GDRS NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M graphics card. The rest of the specs are the same as the previous model.

The big surprise here is the top model. It will come with a 2.8GHz Intel Core i7 CPU that you can turbo boost up to 4.0GHz, 16GB of memory, and a 1TB SSD. This too has the same graphics cards and specs.

According to the leaked photo, the price of the computers will stay the same. The new Retina MacBook Pro models could launch as soon as tomorrow.

Apple currently sells only two basic models of 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro: a 2.0GHz Intel Core i7 and a 2.3 model. They are priced at $1,999 (€1,487) and $2,599 (€1,933), respectively.
