KakaoTalk Messenger 3.6.8 is live in the App Store and offers fixes for a widely-spread crash on iPhones carrying versions 3.4.1-.3.6.7 of the app.

The developers have been able to isolate a bug causing KakaoTalk to crash after updating to v3.6.7 from v3.4.1 and older versions. A problem where the passcode field turned black (when certain themes were applied) is also addressed in the new KakaoTalk 3.6.8.

Users also reported a problem where the text field in the chatroom was not displayed properly, as well as an issue where the back button in the basic emoticon tab did not work properly. Both these flaws are ironed out in the newly updated app.

KakaoTalk still works with all iDevices currently in circulation today, and only requires iOS 4.
