You may have heard that everyone is keeping their fingers crossed for Apple’s financial disclosures tomorrow as hype surmounts on rumors that the iPhone is beginning to lose steam.

If you’re looking to be one of the first to hear Apple’s own version of the story straight from Tim Cook’s mouth, you’ll need the following: iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 4.2 or newer; any Mac running OS X 10.5 or above; any PC running QuickTime 7 or later; and a visit at this address.

As confirmed by the Mac makers minutes ago, the conference call will be available as a continuous rebroadcast beginning Wednesday, January 23 at 5:30 p.m. PST/8:30 p.m. EST through Wednesday, February 6 at 5:30 p.m. PST/8:30 p.m. EST. More details can be found here.

In the meantime, you can use the comments to state your own opinion on the rumors. Think Apple’s really losing its oomph?
