14 DAY TRIAL // Grand Theft Auto III, the highly controversial open world action video game by Rockstar, is making its way onto iOS platforms next week in the form of a 10 Year Anniversary Edition.
Rockstar made it official on their web site this week confirming that only A4-enabled devices will support the title. Nothing lower than the 4th-gen iPod touch can withstand the action, the developer said. The iPad 2 and iPhone 4S - powered by the dual-core A5 CPU - are (naturally) supported as well.
The official confirmation from Rockstar reads: “Grand Theft Auto III: 10 Year Anniversary Edition will be available for select new generation iOS and Android devices on the App Store and Android Marketplace next week, December 15th for $4.99.”
The developer promises to roll out a cool trailer next week ahead of the game’s official release in the iTunes App Store.
