Google has released a new Stable version of its Chrome web browser for desktop computers, adding an updated Flash Plugin with enhancements for Retina-enabled Macs, and more.

Chrome 26.0.1410.63 was released this week for Mac and Linux as a final build with “stability improvements, and a new version of Adobe Flash,” according to the official changelog.

The Flash bit apparently applies to Macs only, and enables Retina Display MacBook Pros to scale Flash applications correctly upon opening. Also a Mac-specific fix, certain fonts now render properly when viewing Flash content.

Google also updated the iOS implementation of its Chrome web browser, adding full-screen support for certain iDevices, wireless printing via AirPrint and Google Cloud Print, the ability to make PDFs out of web pages, and performance improvements.
