Apple’s Editor’s Choice this week is Steller, an ingenious free app for iPhone and iPad that lets you tell your story to the world using photos, videos, and text, sort of like a personal blog/journal with ties to every corner of the Internet.

Developer Mombo Labs offers a modest description, saying only, “Everyone has a story to tell. Tell yours with photos, videos and text, all right from your iPhone.”

The key features noted in the description include abilities like easily design and publish your stories, then share your stories via social networks, email, SMS, blogs, or regular websites.

Users can organize their stories into collections that others can follow, and they can republish community stories (much like retweeting other people’s stories) to add them to their own collections or to read them later.

The idea is not just to let the word out that you’ve done something great or seen something amazing, but also to “Discover and follow creative and inspiring stories in food, fashion, adventure and more!”

Steller offers templates much like those found in Apple’s iWork suite, making it easy to create a header and a neatly-arranged text body that goes perfectly with the imagery. Download Steller and give it a shot today. It’s awesome!
