You’d think that Flappy Bird’s demise would actually rid the world of this game, but what actually happened was the exact opposite.

You need the fingers of an entire football squad to count the Flappy Bird knockoffs available in today’s app stores, including those of Apple, Google, and Microsoft alike. Even the Ubuntu software center has a couple.

But what if I told you that Flappy is back dressed as Miley Cyrus? That's right folks, Flying Cyrus – Wrecking Ball is the latest Flappy Bird clone in the iTunes App Store and, not surprisingly, I’ve found it sitting at the top of the free apps chart.

The crazy thing about it is that it sports the exact same gameplay (gravity engine) and sound set from the original Flappy Bird. Only the graphics are different. Miley’s unmistakable hair style and tongue sticking gimmick make for a hilarious replacement to a bird with inflated lips.

Whatever gave Nguyen the idea to put lips on that bird anyway?
