Apple updates Epson, Conan and Lexmark software for OS X

Apple has released a new set of printing and scanning drivers for its customers, enabling support for the latest Epson, Canon and Lexmark devices connected to Macs.

Epson Printer Drivers v2.12 for OS X is the largest of the lot, weighing in at 1.03 GB. According to Apple, “This update installs the latest software for your EPSON printer or scanner.”

It targets all OS X versions from Mac OS X 10.6 to OS X 10.8.2 and supports various languages, including Deutsch, English, Français, Español, Italiano, Nederlands, Dansk, Norsk Bokmål, Polski, Português, Português Brasileiro, Pусский, Suomi, Svensk, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

Canon Printer Drivers v2.9 for OS X applies to systems running Mac OS X 10.6.1 or later and comes in at 317.12 MB. The same set of languages is supported.

Finally, Lexmark Printer Driver v2.9 for OS X targets Lion customers only with a package that “installs the latest software for your Lexmark printer or scanner.”
