An update available exclusively to iOS platforms, WhatsApp Messenger 2.11.3 sports a new video picker that can send longer videos. The enhancement isn’t new, but it had been disabled until this new version arrived.
Some improvements to Voice Messaging are also touted in the release notes, specifically for Accessibility users. Speaking of which, the VoiceOver integration also gets some fixes and improvements.
The update further adds general bug fixes and performance improvements across the app. WhatsApp remains a free download for everyone, though its creators are charging newcomers a small annual fee. Existing users, however, will have a lifetime of free updates.
