“Galaxies are in turmoil as their suns are dying. The Solar Galaxy Federation has deployed vast Flux Accumulator ships to collect plasma and restore the suns’ equilibrium in each nebula,” reads the plot.
It’s a typical science fiction story, but one that is still more plausible than the movies with folks landing ships on asteroids, blowing them up and then safely journeying back home.
Solar Flux is chock-full of supernovas, “asteroid fields” (they probably mean belts), meteors, black holes, the works.
