Microsoft has pushed out a new version of its video chatting software for iPad users, adding call quality improvements and general fixes.
Skype 4.10 allows you to make HD quality video calls from a fourth-generation iPad 4. The software update also adds general improvements to call quality and stability, and a redesigned country code picker on the dial pad.
This is just one of many recent Skype releases for iOS users, so if you haven’t updated your Skype app in a while, consider doing it now. Especially if you own a state-of-the-art iPad 4.
Skype is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad, and requires iOS 5.0 or later. This particular update is for iPad users only.
