The developer behind some of the world’s most popular casual games, PopCap, has released Plants vs. Zombies version 1.9.8 on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
Every player that updates will instantly get 200,000 Coins for free. Another change mentioned in the release notes, “Crazy Dave now has the ability to send you messages from anywhere.” Players are told to keep their eyes peeled as the guy might actually make sense. As a fan of the game, I never thought I’d hear that.
Also included are some bug fixes which make the game run more smoothly. The game continues to be compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), and iPad, as well as iOS 4.3.
