14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has released new updates for Office 2011 and Office 2008 on the Mac, patching a number of vulnerabilities to enhance the security of the software. A new version of Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition is also available with new features.
The latest updates to Office 2011 and Office 2008 for Mac fix critical issues and help improve security.
Both patches include “fixes for vulnerabilities that an attacker can use to overwrite the contents of your computer's memory with malicious code,” according to the software giant headquartered in Redmond, Washington.
Microsoft Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition 13.1.6 includes support for notes, tasks, and category synchronization with the Exchange Server, Microsoft adds. Mac users can download the new releases at the links below. All updates are free for existing users of the software.
