CrystalIDEA Software has released an updated version of Macs Fan Control, the company’s fan monitoring utility for Macintosh computers.

Macs Fan Control is a free utility which allows you to monitor the fan activity and temperature of various components inside your Mac. The app looks after CPU Proximity, GPU Diode, LCD Proximity, Mem Controller, and Hard Drive.

The preferences include the ability to autostart minimized with system, Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature scales, a display of the RPM value, and a temperature sensor value in the menubar.

Version 1.0.1 delivers updated localizations, including French, German, and Polish translations, as well as an improved appearance on MacBook Pros with Retina displays.

The warning message involving non-supported file systems has been addressed, along with a memory leak issue in sensor-based controlling mode. Some minor stability fixes are also included in this release.
