14 DAY TRIAL // The popular Kik Messenger app from Kik Interactive has received a fresh update today which adds (you guessed it) stickers!
If there’s but one single IM app that doesn’t have stickers, someone shoot it and put it out of its misery. There’s no way you can have messaging without stickers these days.
Sarcasm aside, yes, Kik is finally getting stickers in 6.5.0, as well as new games by Zynga and TreSensa available in the “More” section. An option to talk to new people without adding them to your contacts is also there, and you get some performance improvements if you upgrade.
As far as the requirements are concerned, Kik Messenger remains compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), and all iPads. It only needs iOS 4.3 to run.
