Square Enix decided to shake things up a bit and turned this particular Hitman installment into a turn-based puzzle game featuring diorama-style set pieces for characters and a mission to strategically navigate the fixed spaces, avoiding enemies and taking out targets. In some instances, you’ll also have to infiltrate well-guarded buildings.

“You really have to think about each move and all the Hitman tools of the trade you would expect are included; disguises, distractions, sniper rifles and even 47’s iconic Silverballers,” says the developer.

The environments have secret passageways and off-limit areas, while Agent 47 can do disguises, use hiding spots, wield sniper rifles, and even resort to distractions. There are various enemy types with unique behaviors and there are different ways of completing each level.

The game doesn’t work with fourth-gen iPod touches, and requires iPad 2 and above, iPad Mini, iPhone 4 and above, iPod Touch 5th generation and above, and iOS 6.0.
