14 DAY TRIAL // Gear Up is an online multiplayer game currently under development but available for purchase as an early alpha build. As of today, Mac users can join Windows PC gamers in this explosive, open world, tank fighting game.
Available on Steam for the handsome price of €6.49 / $6.49, Gear Up lets you build your own tank and participate in online battles, races, and other missions. It’s pretty good looking, and the gameplay seems like a ton of fun (bringing back some Carmageddon memories).
According to the changelog for Gear Up 0.99, this is the “first release with Mac support.” For those of you looking to see what else is new in this update, kindly refer to the official release notes which are too lengthy to post here.
No system requirements are available as of yet, but I’ll have you know the game requires quite a bit of RAM (4GB recommended, 2GB minimum), as well as a decent video card. Enjoy!
