Evernote has released an updated version of its OS X note-taking application bearing the same name, adding some code corrections for a handful of bugs.

Version 5.4.4 Build 402282 is the latest Evernote installment for OS X users, and it contains fixes specific to this platform.

In addition to improving the stability of the software, update 5.4.4 comes with a range of fixes for issues involving content scrolls when dragging the app’s window, an issue with attaching documents in OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), and a problem with large notes showing blank spots.

Evernote can be used by anyone who has a Mac with OS X 10.6.6 installed, although its hardware requirements are quite low. You can choose to download Evernote from Softpedia, if you wish to update manually (or try the software for the first time), or if you got your copy from Apple’s own servers, simply use the Software Update tab in the Mac App Store.
