The Apple Store application, touted as “the best way to research, personalize, and buy products from Apple, and get help at the Apple Retail Store,” has been updated to support the new iPhone 5.
The Apple Store app lets you buy the latest Apple products and accessories and have them shipped to you. Alternately, customers can reserve select products for pickup at their local store.
You can use it to custom-configure the Mac you’re just buying (extra drives and memory), as well as personalize an iPad or an iPod with free engraving.
The app lets you track the status of current and previous orders, and offers options to request help, check in for reservations, and meet up with a Specialist.
Finally, the Apple Store app lets you make reservations for the Genius Bar and One to One training.
Supported in English and French, the app is now fully supported on the 4-inch display of the iPhone 5.
