Photography app 500px today received a fresh update on iOS platforms adding an improved interface for uploading multiple images in one shot. Version 2.7 also addresses some reported bugs.

Initially started as an online platform where photographers could share their work and be inspired by others, 500px evolved into a much bigger network of connected artists, complete with mobile apps that let people view and share brilliant photography works every second of every day.

“Every month, millions of people visit 500px.com and our mobile apps to find the world’s most inspiring photography and learn techniques to develop their own skill and appreciation of the art,” according to the creators.

Speaking of version 2.7, the developer says, “This version includes an improved interface for uploading, letting you upload multiple photos at once. We've also squashed a few more bugs.”

As usual, customers are encouraged to review the app to give it a better chance at climbing the ranks in the iTunes Store. Second-generation iPad users are told that they might need to delete and reinstall the app, then reboot their tablets, in case they’re having trouble with photos not displaying. 500px says “sorry for the inconvenience.” You can download 500px on any iDevice that can handle iOS 7.0.
