Apple’s online developer portal experiences connectivity issues

Developers enrolled with Apple are reporting that iTunes Connect has been seriously messed up for the past day or so, with Apple being unable to approve their apps and updates.

As always, Apple’s System Status page is mum. The company will probably acknowledge the downtime only after it is resolved, at which point it really won’t matter anymore. What’s the point of a System Status service if it doesn’t give you a current reading?

Anyway, some of these developers are obviously disappointed for not being Apple to get their apps in the hands of the App Store Review team, which means lost revenue for everyone.

I’ll let everyone know if Apple makes any changes and / or if the situation gets any better. Right now, all a developer can do is sit put and wait for Apple’s engineers to work their magic.
