Square Enix has confirmed that Deus Ex: The Fall is coming to iOS devices this Thursday, July 11. The role-playing game will set you back $6.99/£4.99/5.99.

Square Enix’s Mobile division in Europe created Deus Ex: The Fall in collaboration with Eidos-Montréal and N-Fusion, the people behind the original game.

A story-driven action RPG, Deus Ex: The Fall is actually the first game in the series to be developed for and get released on mobile devices, including tablet computers.

The game will require the A5 processor to run. In other words, anything older than the iPad 2 won’t support it. iPhone 4S is also a go, and so is the fifth-generation iPod touch and the iPhone 5.

The game already has an official web site set up at www.deusex.com/TheFall as well as a Facebook page at www.facebook.com/DeusEx, and a YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/DeusExOfficial. Use the links to get yourself acquainted with the game in the days leading up to its release.
