Bored of Apple’s custom wallpapers in iOS 8? Looking to pimp out your iDevice with some new stuff? Check out this amazing gallery put together by João Paulo Bernardes featuring aerial depictions from stunning places across our home planet.

Bernardes writes on Tumblr, “I love satellite imagery and topographic maps so I made several wallpapers with those gorgeous pictures. All wallpapers are iPhone 6 Plus optimized with 1242×2208 pixels, but you can resize for any device you have.”

You can hit this link right here and see the entire gallery, or you can proceed to the download-all link that takes you straight to the MEGA-hosted archive containing about 80 images in total. Not all of them will cause your jaw to hit the floor, but each and every one is 100% usable as a wallpaper.

We’ve handpicked some of the most impressive ones for immediate access in our article here, so don’t hesitate to visit the gallery below and scroll through the highlights. The archive has a lot of aerial images depicting deserts, crop circles, land-meets-sea, crop fields, mountain ranges, that ridiculously-tall hotel in Dubai (Burj-something... I forget what it’s called), cloud formations, and more. Too bad none of them shows the surface of other planets. But surely there’s a gallery somewhere for that as well.
