Bump now shares files with computers thanks to a recent update on the iOS side which allows users of the free app to hit their device to their computer’s spacebar key and start file transfers.According to the release notes for Bump 3.5.6 iOS, the app now works with computers too.
“Photos, videos, files, everything. Just go to http://bu.mp on your computer web browser and bump your spacebar key with your device. Seriously, it's magic!” says the company.
The update also incorporates the enhancements delivered in the last update which allows users to bump any file stored on their device (videos, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, files, etc).
Bump works with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad, and requires iOS 4.3 or later.
