Aspyr Media Inc. has announced a cool update for players of Borderlands 2 on the Mac, featuring five new content packs available via in-app purchase and Mac-to-Mac co-op.
Borderlands 2 version 1.3.2 allows you to enter co-op multiplayer with your Game Center friends, as long as all of you are playing on Macs.
But, more importantly, the update brings five new awesome content packs as in-app purchases (IAP), including access to a 5th playable character, the mechromancer.
Borderlands 2 requires a processor running at 2.6 GHz CPU, 8 GB of memory (or higher), and some 512 MB of video RAM.
As it usually is the case with Feral-ported games, some chipsets are unsupported for Borderlands 2, including the ATI RADEON HD 2000 series, NVIDIA 8600m, NVIDIA 9400m, and 9600m.
