Apple features the best books of the year in Rewind 2011

iTunes Rewind is done with apps and has moved on to books, awarding titles like Best Novel, Best Nonfiction, Best teen Novel, and Best Enhanced Book.

According to the company headquartered at 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California, “Books got even more beautiful and engaging this year by including stunning illustrations, audio, and video.”

This year’s best includes: The Tiger’s Wife, by Tea Obreht (Best Novel); Boomerang, by Michael Lewis (Best Nonfiction); Between Shades of Gray, by Ruta Sepetys (Best Teen Novel); and Jacqueline Kennedy The Enhanced Edition, by Caroline Kennedy (Best Enhanced Book).

The official Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson is featured at the top of a very long list of nonfiction works.
