Shazam version 7.3.0 is a brand new update for iOS users, including an all-new “Auto Shazam” which continuously recognizes music and TV even if you don’t set your mind to it.
The developer explains it best: “Flip the switch on the Shazam home screen to turn on Auto Shazam, and automatically recognize while you commute or watch a movie, even if you leave the Shazam app or lock your phone.”
As part of this update, you can also share Shazam Tags with friends on WhatsApp, pin Shazam tags to Pinterest, and share using iOS Messages. For users upset that Shazam continuously nags them about providing their location, the new version will never ask again if you have previously said no.
