A new Mac Pro was announced by Apple earlier today, and boy is it a looker! Not only that, but it’s said to be wicked fast and sports an awesome cooling system.

When Apple says stay put, they mean it. Having faced backlash from the Pro community for over a year, they’ve finally delivered a Mac Pro that nobody really expected.

Featuring the jaw-dropping design displayed above, the 2013 Mac Pro is designed around an all-new “unified thermal core” that allows it to efficiently share its entire thermal capacity across all components.

It packs the latest Xeon processors, dual workstation-class GPUs, Thunderbolt 2, PCIe-based flash storage, and ECC memory: “an amazing amount of power into an incredibly small package,” at just 9.9-inch tall.

The next-generation Mac Pro will be released to the masses later this year. I encourage you to visit the official Mac Pro page for a visual delight.
