Apple’s Support Programs User Experience team is hiring an experienced UI designer to enhance the look and feel of AppleCare tools and applications.

The AppleCare division in Cupertino needs a person who will come up with “solutions that increase customer satisfaction, drive cost savings and foster innovation for both Apple employees and Customers,” according to the new job advert posted this week.

The new recruit will be instated as a lead UI Designer who will also serve as a knowledge resource for the latest trends and technologies within UI design and development, says Apple.

“In collaboration with our business teams and technical partners, you will work actively to assist in improving the usability, efficiency, and overall effectiveness of AppleCare applications and tools,” the advert reads.

Apple has been widely criticized for some of its AppleCare practices and, at times, even got sued for not making certain policies clear to its customers.
