Cupertino to to discuss financial results of its first fiscal quarter on January 23

Apple has announced plans to disclose the results of its first fiscal quarter for 2013 on Wednesday, January 23, some three weeks from now.

On its Investor Relations site, Apple posts a memo for those interested in the company’s quarterly earnings, stating, “Apple plans to conduct a conference call to discuss financial results of its first fiscal quarter on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET.”

As usual, the earnings release will be available as streaming audio via iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, any Mac running OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or above or any PC Windows running QuickTime 7 or later. The conference call will be available at this address.

The Cupertino giant has also posted its 10-K form for the fiscal year 2012 ended September 29, 2012. Apple’s Form 10-K is available here.
