Apple today released two new Safari seeds to developers, asking them to focus their coding skills on general compatibility, accessibility, PDFs viewing and annotating, autofill, and more.

Safari 6.1.1 for Lion requires OS X 10.7.5 with Security Update 2013-002, while Safari 6.1.1 for Mountain Lion requires OS X 10.8.5, according to people who’ve seen the release notes.

Safari 7.0.1 is destined for OS X Mavericks testing, and therefore requires OS X 10.9 as minimum.

Sources say Apple has asked developers to focus on general website compatibility, Accessibility, Viewing and annotating PDFs, login and password autofill, as well as setting and using break points in Web Inspector.

Safari 6.1.1 and Safari 7.0.1 are free downloads from the Mac Dev Center. In order to use the software, you must be a member of the Apple Developer Program for Mac OS X.
