Apple this weekend not only released a new version of iTunes to end users but also to developers, following the company’s discovery that iCloud purchases may be acting up for some.

According to Apple, when users access music, movies and TV shows using iTunes in the Cloud, “iTunes 11 may display incorrect information or may play back incorrect content.”

The solution is simple, according to the Cupertino giant: install the latest version of iTunes (11.0.5). After rolling out the new iTunes to Mac and Windows users worldwide, the company also issued a new beta of iTunes 11.1 to developers.

While the changelog makes no mentioning of any fixed bugs, it is believed that the software contains the same fixes as iTunes 11.0.5 and iOS 7 Beta 6, both of which have been rushed out this week to address the same iCloud bugs.
