Apple has released a new stable version of Xcode with bug fixes and support for Mavericks and iOS 7 application development.

A Gold Master build of Xcode 5.0.2 was released to developers last week with Simulator fixes and other tweaks. Now, Xcode 5.0.2 has reached Final status and is out on the Mac App Store as a free download.

Packing software development kits (SDKs) for OS X 10.9 Mavericks, OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, and iOS 7, Xcode 5.0.2 addresses hangs in iOS Simulator during app installation, a crash while debugging on iOS 6, and brings “additional bug fixes and stability improvements.”

The minimum requirement to install and use Xcode 5.0.2 is OS X Mountain Lion version 10.8.4, according to Apple. You can use this link to download Xcode 5 for your computer.
